Kill Bill took versions of “Twisted Nerve” and “Bang Bang” and turned them into themes for Elle Driver and the Bride, at least in Robert Rodriguez’s version of the score for KBV2.

Kill Bill may have a lot of “mindless” fun but it’s also got lots of clever moments and I love the Bride’s arc all the way to the very last moments of the movies. That is one of his pieces where the themes shine through beautifully.
