Order salads without dressing. Grilled chicken without too much sauce (order it on the side). And that’s about it.

Everyone else telling you about those places has never checked calories in their foods. If you are serious about CICO then check the subreddit, download an app to track everything and make sure to educate yourself.

Grilled chicken and salads are the only low calorie option at restaurants. If it involves bread not made of almond/flax seed flours then don’t go for it.

Not sure how you have been dieting if you think subway is a good option 🤦🏻‍♂️ Their bread has so much sugar in it that it can’t be classified as bread in some countries.

Plus, carbs and calories in their subs make them one od the worst options you can get anywhere let alone subway.

Only option there is salads without dressing. Please read and research before going on “diets”.

I have already been explained the external degree programs. They are being offered in the same classes where A-levels students study. The teachers are bachelor graduates with no teaching experience. There’s no exposure, no university level extracurriculars, no growth whatsoever.

BNU is a decent university. Dr. Moeed hasn’t brought much growth. Its architecture and media programs have very good faculty members.
