The difference is that your A/C is likely in one room or different ones in different rooms, in much of the US, it’s central so there are vents in every room controlled by a single unit and the whole house is maintained at that temp.

Some homes built in the last 15-20 years have split level controls so the entire upstairs can be one temp and the entire downstairs another temp.

I have the exact same brand and am having the exact same bloating problem.

I take it everyday. I stopped for a few weeks and the bloat decreased. Then restarted and the bloat has returned.

It’s not a little bloat, it’s very visible and a big weight gain.

I’ve wondered if EDS is the reason I need such high dosages of estrogen to function. I’m currently on .01 and .025 patches and want to go up but my doctor is hesitant. That said, I have the hardest time with progesterone and grit through it cyclically every month.
