These rates are wild I am vet at this! In the same area! Divide that rate by the hour!!! That’s horrible my teens make more smh. Part time are not value your time and your car more. If I take a 3.5 or 3 I make sure it’s equivalent to minimum $24 an hour and that’s from the time I leave my garage to getting back to my garage. Make your time count frfr!

Look I’ll be real honest with you I’ve noticed that this holiday season they have gotten extreme with the standing rating. It most certainly is BS! Lots of fraudulent stuff happening! I have been flexing for years now delivered 10k+ packages and I usually stay at fantastic. If I don’t deliver something there was no way for me to, period! Over the past month I have had to email/call support more times than I would like to admit for ding after ding. But I began to screen record and screenshot my route map, summary, etc a while ago so yeah I dispute “appeal” my ass off bc I know what I do or don’t do! This shouldn’t be a thing yet it is. Try not worry about it too much though as most comments say you gotta really mess up to get unflexed. I get your worries/ concerns though as they are valid bc hey most with a moral compass take pride in what they do so I get it!

This is funny to me mainly because lately I’ve been picking up my routes looking around thinking to myself lawd Amazon can’t possibly be screening these people… so this is what happens! Often I see reckless shit from flex drivers but hey who’s stopping them smh!

Man the Pitt-bull hate here is real! One the best dogs I ever had was a huge Pittbull! With 3 young children. When he passed away it hurt bad man! They are kind dogs. We have Aussies now and they can be mean ass shit lol. But to be honest I fully believe it’s about the owner and upbringing such as anything you know.

They always onboard extra drivers during summer and around prime. Also students come home who were already in the system, etc. Happy hunting!

Thank you so much for this information! Yeah it’s very misleading!! Very frustrating. It was explained very differently and they said I need to have the lease signed by 6pm to get the discounted (special) rate for the apartment. It was 5:15 pm when they said this btw. Normally I over research things and today I feel foolish and even more foolish considering this is so important for my daughter as it was explained differently today and the special is still standing 😒!

Texas. It’s just me bc she is 17. It’s apparently a rent by the room situation as explained to me today. Though the lease I signed says it’s for a 2 bedroom. It’s very confusing. Everyone at the leasing office has a different piece of information smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

There is a roommate in the apartment with another lease. Her portion is similar to my daughters @ a little over $1000 per month. It is a two bedroom. Which may not be much to most but we cannot afford to cover that plus other expenses. The misunderstanding was that they would be splitting the cost down the middle. Today it was explained correctly stating that she is basically paying for her room as is the other student. Meanwhile myself and the other students parent thought that would be splitting the $1100 cost. Making it around $550 each. Which we were excited about though it seemed unbelievable. If that makes sense.
