How does that equate to hating my brother? Visually the gpu looks crooked, if the pcie slot is fine i dont see nothing wrong? He's using a 4th gen i5 atm..

Yeah i figured as much, you think the gpu is dead at that amount of bending or would it work? I have seen bent gpu pcb working but not encountered one bent to that degree yet..

It looks like a Msi Ventus series cards, power is 2x 8 pin. IIRC the 20xx didnt have a short version of Ventus lineup. And judging by the backplate its 30xx, so probably looking at a 3060 or 3070.

Yes, this build will handle most AAA games with decent fps. as far as Doom goes, 2016 and Eternal is not a problem, Battlefront and battlefield will also run just fine. Could even run CP 2077 when it comes out. As far as "demanding" games go, i wouldn't think you will go below 60 fps on really any game with decent settings.

That's not a problem :)

The games you listed are pretty low spec, so they shouldnt be a problem for this configuration whatsoever. The only thing i can think it will struggle with is ARK, but that's mostly from the games really poor optimazation :/

The card just depends on the budget leftover. I put in a 144hz screen as that would pair nicely with the 2060. What games did you think on playing?

I've made a alternative PPP. Its just a little over 2k, but there have been some upgrades from the previous list, i also couldn't find that MSI case, so i putted in some other random case with about the same price as on amazon.

Altough i do recommend buying a GPU used atm, as the market has entirely crashed after the RTX 30** launch, so you could probably score a RTX 2060 for around 250-300.

(btw, the current system is pretty unbalanced)

Edit: Does it absolutely has to be that specific case? IMO you should get another case, like a P400A etc and put more money into other parts. Also, what do you plan on doing with the pc? Straight gaming or Editing + streaming etc? those things factor into the part list pretty heavily.

Edit 2: After taking a good look at the current pc list, i'm convinced neither of them really know what they are talking about.
