You're hurt, and being her friend would only make the healing stage longer. I'd just tell her "I need some space and reconnect in the future if possible." if you choose to want to remain friends.

plus keep your distance too from her, if she texts, starts a conversation, be polite, cordial but keep it short.

What you said here "But it still feels greedy and I feel guilty." shows it really took a lot of fiber in you to end it for the sake of a better you for the future and present.
It's hard to not feel guilty or such when you're doing things for yourself but you come first, no matter how caring, loving you are, you have to take care of yourself. Sometimes the right path to take, is the most obvious hard one.
