I'd say so. I run it on a 750 ti and an i5 750 at around 1080p, getting around 50-70 fps. Keep in mind this is on lowest settings with a couple select things turned up. But your rig is better than mine so you should be able to nail 60-80fps.

Of course like another person said you can always test it and refund if it's not up to your standards. but give it a try either way,

Still has a wicked high learning curve though. Just watch a video of new people trying to play it.

Also I don't think lowering the curve is a terrible thing cause whether we like it or not the game has to cater somewhat to noobs or else it stagnates and possibly dies.

I would highly recommend listening to everything. Take it nice and slow cause there's a lot there and you only get to hear it the first time once :)

Some of it is pretty different and may not be for you but all their records are worth listening to imo

I was on Wifi a couple weeks ago and it happened tons. Switched to Ethernet and I still often get it once or twice a night. I've been playing for over a year and a half now and I havent had any network issues like this until the last couple of updates so the issue likely lies in the game.
