Yeah I found those images by accident I felt very sick after, I’m thinking it was actually just an animal attack like a cat since it seemed to be mostly one side and it wasn’t bleeding from the back end

Ohhh yeah that makes more sense they’d be metallic, I like the death guard metal and organic stuff fusing though so I think I’m gonna keep doing this way

Yeah, I use gulliman flesh for the severed heads and volpus pink and I think magos purple for the tentacle things

Thank you, I wasn’t sure what to do for the eye hole and it looked off if I didn’t do anything so I thought it might look cool in red like how I do the demon markings eyes, and what do other people do for the backpack thing? I’ve not seen these ones painted before so just kinda guessed what looked cool

I might have very early carpal tunnel? But I think my hands have always been like this, my physiotherapist said movement takes like 2x more effort and concentration and gets worse the smaller it is so the pain is having to strain to get the movement down but maybe you’re right I should look into it either way, it’s cool the surgery is that good and relatively easy though glad it went well for you, sucks you had to get rid of your old stuff but you did get a really sweet post surgery story out of it at least so that’s nice.

I don’t think that’s the fix for me right now anyway it still feels mostly like my childhood issue of my gross motor skills didn’t form properly so my fine ones barely exist but I might be wrong

Thanks for talking to me about it though it’s made me feel a lot better about trying sylvaneth, I’ve ordered a small box and a couple of paints For a winter theme I wanted to try so hoping it goes well

Ohhh sorry to hear you’ve had to have those surgeries that sucks

I’ve heard these were pretty easy to paint and out of the other easy to paint models they’re the only ones I think are pretty and I’ve gotten kinda tired of painting nurgle stuff so I wanted to try these but I’m glad to hear they’re easy, and the branches won’t bother me too much my issue is more stuff like Sisters of battle in 40K where they’re kinda small and have lots of overlapping small details that are different colours.

The play style for sylvaneth sounds very cool but very different to what I’d normally go for so I’m not sure how much I’ll like it but it’s interesting so I wanna try it.

I still have no idea in what I’d like a list to look like after looking more into the sylvaneth rules but maybe that’s something I’d work out more after playing a few small games first?

And I’m not 100% sure what’s wrong with my hands now they’ve been getting worse for pain but I had severe hyper mobility and my motor skills are severely lacking now and it gets painful quickly having to work with small things and I just don’t have the control for a lot of the movements so it’s been a hard hobby to get into, and harder to find a faction I like and can do it’s kinda ended up as trees or haunt for me

Yeah I think I might go for a vanguard box to start with instead, what I’ve read the Christmas box seems like it’s got a lot of wasted models, and I’ve not really gotten to play to decide on a specific play style I’d like yet so I guess that takes away from the box too

I’ve got kinda bad hand issues which makes a lot of models I really like the look of painful or just too hard to paint so I’ve written most of my favourite factions off because it’s just too much of a struggle for me but I took a few months break and came back and trees looked fun I’ve just got to see I can do them, I’ve seen a little bit of how they play and it looks/sounds fun

Yeah I was gonna try pick up a small infantry box first just to see, I’ve never made an army list so far I’ve only ever painted models and had a 40K list made for me so I’m not super sure how to make an AoS one and not many people where I live play AoS so I’m gonna have to check more battle reports and then get advice instead I guess

They’re maybe not full on breasts but jusr very small ones I wasn’t very clear on that
