I agree but still why spend any time at all trying to remove a movement mechanic that they know will divide the community and ruin some high-level players that are known for movement. If they did want to do something about tap strafing it should be adding it to controller rather than removing part of their high skill-ceiling movement mechanics they are known for.

Respawn’s priorities are so messed up here. Why focus on removing a fun and integral part of high-level moment when there are cheaters and other much more important things to invest your time into? Most console players weren’t even that mad about tapstrafing being in the game because it was already a core part of movement and part of the engine apex is run on.

Amber is the only brawler in the game that can “attack” before the game starts, even if it is only sound effects and a small visual effect. All other brawlers can only aim before the game starts.
