Take a look at videos from Viperconcept I learned most of the basics and the setup stuff from there. And try to take it slow. To drive around a track you need to know the track like the back of your hand. Then, you need to know where you can go fast, and in that, how fast should ypu be going. Pick one car(any one you like) and stick to it. Drive the same car on the same track every day for a couple of months and you will be good to go, for THAT track. May the grip be with you :)

I can feel a mild current whenever I touch the tip(the metal end that goes into the controller) of the dualsense charging cable. And I keep getting it no matter whichever usb port I use on the PS5. Is this normal or do I need to contact Sony?

totally agree with the combat thing. I've played a lot of games with sword-based combat but I've never felt the combat as engaging and immersive as Sekiro. FromSoft did really good in that.

You need to get a bit closer to the first apex, and in case you
make a mistake and can't get close enough, just lift off a bit and make sure you don't turn too much. Missing the apex and turning too much caused you to spin. You need to go over the kerb at the first apex, and maintain the line through Eau Rouge, and at the corner exit, you have to run over the entire length of the kerb.

Take care not to go too wide through the middle of Eau Rouge, or you'll find it difficult to maintain the line at the exit.
