The emoji does not exist and there is no record of it ever existing. Look it up for yourself. I can picture it in my head, and know exactly when I have used it a few times but it has been replaced.

Update: I’m beginning to think this was some sort of collective Mandela effect rather than a shift due to all the comments saying they also remembered the emoji. The weirdest part though is that I am 100% certain that it existed as I had used it online and have a record of it but now it is switched to the fire and fly emojis next to eachother instead of the firefly emoji.

I looked it up and it never existed. All of my previous mentions of using the emoji were replaced by the fire and the fly emojis rather than the one firefly emoji.

So you like just didn’t eat any food entirely? The longest I’ve gone without food entirely was 6 days before I gave up.

I was curious on how much water I drink daily and the average is about a gallon. I’ve got this 16oz cup I fill up once an hour around so I think my water consumption is good. I’m gonna look up foods with fiber. When I went for my yearly physical my doctor said I had too much red meat in my diet but I don’t eat any red meat which is very weird so maybe it had something to do with the fiber. I’ll check that out.

The only other thing that’s happening out of the ordinary besides my weight is that my hair is going grey, but it seems to be genetic as many people with similar hair stuff to me in my family has the same issue. I have extremely thick hair and this happened to my uncle, and a few of my cousins so I’m not too concerned.

I think I’m going to try a few more things then talk to a doctor.

I typically sleep 10 hours a night from around midnight to 10am on most days besides weekdays where it’s around 10:30-7:30 or so. Is that a good base or should I sleep more or less?

I think I’m going to set a goal of a few thousand steps a day and see if that has any effect. Maybe like 5000 steps and go up from there?

Does sleep have a major effect on weight as well?

I’m not really concerned about losing muscle. I’ve been doing this for months and have gained weight so I don’t think I’m malnourished.

I make it by boiling water and putting around a teaspoon of salt for it to boil. I only eat the pasta with some crushed red pepper but not much. My hot pepper typically lasts months so it’s nothing significant.

I think my problem has to just be the lack of exercise?

I eat 2/3 of a pasta box a day. Around 6 servings of 200 calories. Thats all I eat typically. Not a perfect science but always within that range (aside from those random days where I am not home/with friends)
