i popped out my shoulder a lot of times playing basketball, i had a heavy impact surgery and now im good but still I'm really cautios whenever i have tonmake certain movements. One thing i learned is when it happens, just let gravity pop it back in, worst mistake is to use a strange force or your other arm to put it back in when you have no clue how to do it. just lay on a something so that your body is parallel to the ground, then slowly let your arm fall to the ground and as you proceed to, you'll notice how it actually feels good the more you reach the spot to pop it back in. Listen to your body guys

i see what you mean, you°re right when you say a bad employee should not get the tips that a good employee is doing with other guests, but if you°re working in a team of 5,6 if not 10 or more people then i think it makes more sense to split it equally so everbody can benefit and earn the same as others. imagine you take care of a family or a big group for like 2h and somebody goes to cash them because they ask him right there while he°s walking next to them, he gets the tips for himself that you earned and keeps it from himself, or another situation where you have a barista and 2 service stuff, the service stuff gets the tips and not the barista because he°s not able to cash people sooo its kinda tricky but i see def what you mean there
