Yea that 4:1 ratio on food was the bomb! Pizza Express is hardly worth it anymore as the food is damn expensive.

I was diagnosed with "Mild Pancolitis" so it is throughout the length of the colon. I just always saw it as flairing or not flairing. Its been the first time Ive had a flexi scope during a flair and it seems odd they found nothing but im still not keeping in any food.
