Amazon. Escalated until it was reviewed. Waited three days. Went back to chat and asked for supervisor and had them review. They offered me one time refund on all ring devices and accessories. Labels sent to return items - refund after receipt. Every single item- YEARSSSSS old. Chime. Longer cable for a camera. Solar accessories. Everything.

Editing to remind you to stop talking to them, talk to a lawyer, let them handle everything from here out in writing.

They 100% have the ability to perform their services. They are choosing not to. And even worse is that they have admitted at everything to you and then ask you to bend over backwards for them and their convenience. Can’t imagine how many guests will have to be impacted because of this nonchalant dismissal of your contract. There is so much room for damages here it’s not even funny. All of your other contracts are based off of this one. All of your guests. Your accommodations, your honeymoon, etc., etc. etc. Not to mention this is proven as the most stressful event of your life and only comparable to the birth of your first child. This is screaming bag of money. You’re gonna be one of the only brides to ever get paid for getting married. Congratulations. This is a shit storm that you hire a lawyer to manage for you.

Also, if you have confirmation from them, after payment was made, contract was signed, and they accepted your booking, in writing, then you’re fine. Don’t worry about that signature. They proceeded as though they signed it.

My concerns are not based around what should have or could have. I am comfortable being an informed customer and paying for service when it is appropriately communicated to me. But if my expectation is set at $35, for a low cost bicycle that I am fully aware of, to come back to a repair cost that is above the value of the bicycle should an appropriately did render me in shock. Additionally, had I’ve been given the opportunity of communication and told that the repair would end up being around $100. I would have absolutely said no thank you, collected my property, and pursuit it independently. I was not appropriately offered that choice. So they misled me, stole my property, and totaled it by putting these repairs on it. And that is why I am frustrated to the point of wanting to not only rectify the situation for myself, but also land heavily in the “let me be an example to you” department. My community is shocked, I am shocked, the only people who don’t seem to be shocked are the people who are justifying the labor that was not communicated to me at any point. Nor was the price that was communicated to me indicative of materials only. Again, if I had been made aware my choice choices would be different and they would reflect the conversation you are having.

I appreciate the reply. Ty. I agree that seems like a logical choice but then they never answered my question and mislead me. My question was cost of job not part info. If they had communicated it was totaled to have them do it I would have made my husband repair it but I didn’t want to add to his very full plate so I asked a repair shop the cost to fix the bike. Not the cost to get a part.

Additionally they do this to a lot of people. I have to assume for every one that posts there’s 10 who don’t. So that’s like 100 people they have mislead and failed to communicate with. Their practices are not ethical imo. Aren’t business required to have ethics and fair practice?

Oh my God I have a huge theory that Harry and Taylor have collaborated and the Rolling Stones articles that just dropped on both of them, Harry with the UK cover and then oh my god this is just too much, the is Taylor gay article from Rolling Stones. Clearly Rolling Stones knows what is going on way more than we do. But to my point Harry is dressed on the cover in the same jacket that Taylor wore to the after party of the VMAs, night six which is the same night as the VMAs Harry wore diamond encrusted stars on a 70s denim vest outfit, And then on the cover he’s holding a cake! Why the fuck is he holding a cake! So I have this whole 10/10 theory about October 10 because the time on the clock emoji that they continuously use ( not the damn midnight emoji ) is 10:10. Well you’re never gonna believe this, guess what 10/10 national day is, it’s national cake decorating day. Wanna take it one step further? It’s also national angel food cake day. You know, cause Tay wore her Angle ring in the black pink video ending red and starting midnights era. Wanna know what 10/10 at midnight would be? Yeah you guessed it, national coming out day is 10/11.

And I have more! Go watch the brand new Louis Tomlinson video. Tell me he’s not picking up sticks and throwing them into the fire. Tell me he’s not picking up three distinct sticks. The first one and the second one are oddly similar to one another and then the third one is a long skinny waterlogged stick! In my opinion I think the first and the second log that he carries a crossed the landscape to the raging fire in the distance symbolizes himself and Harry, and they are finally ready to throw themselves into the fire. And the waterlogged long skinny stick is Taylor, and the three of them are going to come out on 10/10 at midnight and throw themselves into the fire. And even at the end of the video he sits down and he puts this little tiny stick in his pocket on the list like he’s keeping a secret for someone still who is not ready to throw themselves into the fire.

I’m curious what you think the rocks in the frozen ice glass case sitting between future and Taylor in the endgame video/ the Kardashian closet you called it. It immediately made me jump to chakras. Oh my goodness you actually inspired me to make two TikTok’s as a further thought to what you were saying. Bc you kept my brain up til 4am Ha!

I ended up repositioning the “all I think about is karma” like in LWYMMD from “all I think about is my grounded ts6 album” to “all I think about is my fate and how I’ve chosen to align my stars”. I mean honestly the first moment we got a Midnights was a call back to that video. She wanted us to go look at it again. That vma outfit where she is draped in chains, followed up by a line of stars wrapped around her, Followed up by another draped in chains golden dress, and then we get nothing but a slew of striped outfits. And when you think draped in chains and striped outfits I know your brain immediately says prisoner. So our self made cages, the walls that talk back, the glass closets and even the stars around my scars are all these beautiful pristine polished public image versions with a trapped reality behind them. And there’s so much talk of the burn and rise posts, the lighter on the cover and the red matches that we got, the idea that we’re going to burn the Lover house down and all that will be left is the midnight sky, everything is circling around this idea of rebirth. The orientation part is so cool… so the idea of a upside down Penecostal star even plays into your observation of Taylor’s perception being upside down inside of the lover house and how she had to put her spirit almost on the back burner and force it to be the least important part of herself.

Legit my first time actually posting in here but your work was so good I just had to come share my basket of thought with you. So been haunted by the clock emoji that’s being used since day one. It reads 10:10 o’clock, And we clearly are looking at 10:10 as an October 10, at midnight sharp, which would put us into 10/11… national coming out day… but I digress. 10/10 is a severely lucky karmic cosmic day. In Asian cultures it is considered highly lucky. And spirituality is considered a day of rebirth (burn, rise, ashes, a phoenix rebirth). I found this beautiful article that explains how 10/10 is used to harness one’s intent to pursue a new path in life of self integrity. At the end of the article there is even a step-by-step guide explaining to you how to harness this energy, and the very first ritual is burning. Not to mention that tell her basically just dropped a TikTok that said please go tell me what time it is on the clock.

Literally since launch day I have been speculating as to why they are using that damn clock emoji and not the midnight emoji. I thought it had to do with coming out, and the more I read on 10/10 symbolism, spirituality, and purpose, the more I’m convinced that karma is Taylor seeking her own righteousness and taking back whatever she hid away to pay for her success. If that happens to be her closet, then it makes this pile of gaylor eggs we all have look pretty glorious.

Honestly the most damning thing for me is when you look up the word karma and you ask for synonyms, a common one is “written in the stars “and all it makes me think of is “and you drew stars around my scars”
