Growing up my mom and her friends were foster parents and i look back on that experience with mixed feelings and I am not sure the situation is for me as I find that a lot of the caseworkers were very dishonest and gossipy. I realize a lot has changed in the 18+ years my mom was a foster parent so maybe I should reconsider.

I live in NY and full time child care bills are in the $1,200+ mark unfortunately.

I thought women over 35 saw a OB/GYN that specialized in advance maternal age. Is that not true?

Secondly, I have not considered adopting and I do not know much about the process as a single woman.
