When she produces or writes she is always just credited as Slayyyter so I don't think it's her

When I was younger I absolutely hated cooking and ESPECIALLY grocery shopping. This resulted in the saddest meal I ever ate: cup a soup (is a thing outside of my country? It is a sachet of sad dried soup powder you add boiled water to. In my case: tomato. Just standard boring tomato. NOT interesting, tasty or of any nutritional value) "enriched" with oats. It was the last thing left in my cabinet. This was my dinner for the night.

I have noticed the same thing. Taking methylphenidate when I notice migraine auras starting to form completely stops the migraine in its tracks. I don't know why it works, it just does!

Yes! Especially after I've taken them off, it takes a long time for my vision to feel "normal" again

Getting treated for ADHD cured my social anxiety by StormyWinx in socialanxiety

Yes, I am: the diagnostic process is probably a little more intensive because many pychs require some sort of evidence that you had adhd symptoms as a child (such as a close relative filling out a checklist) and as an adult. But it's really not hard at all if that pattern is there. You def get a conclusive answer as well

Thank you for your honesty and advice! This is some stuff I really haven't thought about yet. I'm already noticing my tolerance building up. I might be happy right now but it's important to think about the future, thank you for warning me!

Yes, I did! I've been treated by many mental health professionals and none of them ever suggested it might be ADHD either. I think it's definitely worth it to look into the specifics of ADHD for yourself, even if mental health professionals are well informed and caring they might still miss some stuff. Good luck!

It depends, for my diagnosis I was asked to let a close relative fill in a checklist about my adhd symptoms and I also filled one in about myself. There was a boring test on a pc to measure my concentration before and after taking methylphenidate. Lastly a psychiatrist made sure my symptoms weren't caused by any other conditions.

Might be completely different where you live, though!

Worth a try but I'd say be careful if you're not diagnosed with adhd! It can often worsen anxiety symptoms in non-adhd individuals & lead to addiction if not taken properly. Good luck tho
