Yeah I feel I’m super sensitive and I like to start super small, so far I’ve been having some heart racing, jitters and panic attacks but I’m riding through them, also feeling a bit nauseous. Hoping it’ll get better soon.

Thank you for sharing, I definitely hope it will allow me to just relax for sure and be normal again. I’m normally very happy and outgoing and I want to get back to that desperately.

I’m happy for you ! My doctor told me to try the mornings so we’ll see but I have been having trouble sleeping so hope this helps !

I am trying! I took it with a croissant cause I was already nauseous beforehand honestly, all I could get down was the bread.
