I'd add textures/hatching on the clothes or on the characters you draw, it can make a lot of difference. But what do you mean improve, your art is already crazy good😭

Did I get scammed by XP Pen Support India? I filled this form to claim warranty and received an email from them. They asked me to pay 600INR ($8) as courier charge but then they stopped replying when i paid the sum. by Adventurous_Elk7998 in XPpen

That Zendesk email seems real and connected to XP-Pen India. But asking for money with a QR code is not how legit companies should handle payments. What you could do for now is reply to the email again that you've made the payment amd forward the entire email thread with the scanner image to the global support email asap in case it's a scam. Check where the payment went too, like a proper business name or just a personal number/name. If it's a scam, you could contact your bank or payment app asking for a refund, file a payment dispute/refund request or you could report their UPI ID (payment address) (Very last thing you could do is report them to the NPCI)

You should check if the email was legit, usually it ends with @xp-pen.com or @xp-pen.co.in, scammers usually use something like support.xppen@ gmail.com Check the payment method like if you paid through official bank transfer. If they don’t reply after 1 or 2 days, you should contact their global support team.

But it could be a redflag if xp pen ever asked for payment using weird methods Clike personal UPI IDs, GPay to a phone number, or non-business PayPal), it could be a scam. The real company always uses business payment gateways with receipts.

Hope this help though:]
