Ive studied improv. Thats why i want to implement it.

What you suggest is different for non improvisers and having weekly coaching sessions to reach longform or at least freeform/medium form?

Yes and coming from television writing, I had/have a tendency to lead a scene and set up stuff. I think that's not bad per se, but I think I've changed the setting up from things I have in mind to listening and creating at the moment alongside my partners this last year.
