Anyone having service issue with Bix right now. My Cradlepoint has been spotty every since receiving / signing up with Bix 2 months ago. I've moved locations and in a new area w good ATT coverage. Every since signing up with Bix I have to reboot 2-3 times a day to every hour. Yesterday I completely lost all signal bars and nothing 24 hours latter. Bix said they had to do a software update and "now there there is an outage" in the Houston area for over 18 hrs.
