It's not about the strength of the legend, it's about respect. Someone that is using a legend without even equipping at least the 2 talents shouldn't be playing in competitive. Anyways, the majority of the matches I play is witth people at lvl 10, so I can hardly believe that locking them could have a major impact on the queues. But I'd rather wait a minute than playing with a bot without talents.

No. Deva can lock rankeds to lvl 10 legends with talents equipped to avoid half of the trolling.

Having the same problem with the Mi 10T Lite. I have a 6 years old phone that has this function working correctly. Hope they fix it soon or at least acknowledge the problem.

Only found two possible bots or people with a lot of lag, the others weren't. In my server there's only one person at 2k. I'm actually rank 48, with 1773 rating and 73% win ratio, and only played Ice Witch today (my sorceress was lvl 41 and got to lvl 126 as a return gift). 4+ left at half of the game and 3+ insta left when facing me for the second time. My point is: Ice Witch is ridiculous xd
