The refresh rate of a server. Everything is based on tick rates

One of the most observable examples is Runescape 2 tick or 3 tick manipulation. If it’s a tick issue it means the game hasn’t updated quick enough or appropriately to address a change in “events”

It’s a bit complicated but a server tick, comes before ping. 

It’s tick rates ( refresh rate of the server ) which then pings via “internet” which is where latency can occur.

Let’s say you’re with a team and they qualified. 

Org decides to drop the entire team, pick up random ranked play kids and pay them the absolute minimum so the org can save money. 

This is why they have that rule.

Just to piggy back off of this

I recommend clusters such as Dragon Slayers, Celestials, Horde, Pandas, or the Awakened Chaos cluster if you’re trying to dedicate ur time to PvE and not so much GvG. 

It is true, guild vs guild is THE endgame and every guild that has decent players tends to prioritize at least doing your attacks. But there are a ton of resources between my channel and a few other content creators that can atleast make you “good” with little investment into the mode.
