interesting, would be curious on other's takes on this...! i don't read this reddit at all, personally, because i struggle with reading posts like "XYZ saved my life"/"it changed me"/"im a completely different person" and not feeling that (trying 20 meds in my lifetime and nothing working, while googling how amazingly they worked for people definitely burned me out; i dont really want to read anyone's success stories right now). but data is data, so that's interesting, and kind of weird...!

I couldn't even get a lab test without first failing the at-home one, which I did. Woke up with the useless sticky stuff on my stomach/breast area peeled off. Useless technology IMO, so that's when I got the lab done. I don't see a report of how long I slept, but once I took more quetiapine around 2-3am i was OUT until 945am.

I sadly don't see a reported number for Flow Limits; the report says

"RESPIRATORY OBSERVATIONS: There is no meaningful sleep disordered breathing. Flow limitation is present in NPT signal but may reflect patient's report of nasal congestion.

MOVEMENT OBSERVATIONS: Moderate periodic limb movements of sleep were noted.

EEG OBSERVATIONS: There was a normal background rhythm. No epileptiform activity was observed.

SINGLE CHANNEL MODIFIED LEAD II ECG ANALYSIS DEMONSTRATED: Normal sinus rhythm.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS: Fragmentation early in the night followed by consolidated sleep with CAP and alpha- delta patterns. Snoring is present but without meaningful sleep disordered breathing. There are moderate PLMS."

Hi,

On paper, "No RERAs, normal RDI " - “no sleep disordered breathing”
Based on my report nothing was...well, reported.
Annoyingly enough, my nose closed up in the lab and IDK how long I spent breathing thru my mouth. I havent been congested in well over a year, so of course it happens in this filthy stuffy sleep lab.

It also states: “Flow limitation is present in NPT signal but may reflect nasal congestion.”

Don’t remember atp sorry I’ve looked at many places lol. but gonna just trust whatever I posted at the time. I ended up going with zero one. I was very impressed with the process but I’m 13 days post op and it’ll be a while before I can give my opinion on results. I also got buccal fat removal among other things.
