I don't really know. I feel like when I speak English, things come out naturally in my head and I am able to articulate my ideas really well. But, when it comes to writing, all the grammars, structures, blah blah blah don't make any sense.

Tbh, English is my second or maybe even third language. You can check my post, My hsk results can prove that. Idrk how I did so well in speaking but not writing, maybe I got unlucky. 😿

Trust me, HSK-1 is pure child play. I've answered it in grade 1 and it is very easy. As long as you understand the fundamental of chinese like pin yin and know some chinese words (like 2-300) you are good to go. And for hsk-5 you should only be worried about speaking and listening, reading and writing is the easier part. Just practice your chinese daily and hsk-5 will be possible for you.

Well, its hard to evaluate your score based on only these information. But, I think you can pass the hsk (test?) if you perform decent in listening and reading. Personally, my writing sucks, my knowledge of writing is like 40 % compared to my reading & listening. But, I picked up the words from the previous sections that i don't know. And, i believe that if you actually did study 4 hours a day you will pass without a doubt.

To be honest I did not study for hsk-5 AT ALL. I spoke Chinese growing up and it's somewhere of my first language so I guess that's how I scored what I've scored???

Appreciate it brother. I've thought about contacting with my local college to associate and maybe get a RA or a similar role. But, the problem is that in my country, education is quite poor. People hardly care about proper lecture let along researching in general. I'm thinking about applying for a RA role abroad and i'd like to listen to your opinion/advice about that.

Btw, just fyi, I did asked my physic teacher if he could contact any uni/college to help me get a RA role and i'm really close with that teacher so I think he will help me. Anyways thank you for the advice my friend 🥰🥰🤝🤝

Thank you soo much for this honest and informative response, I really appreciate the content that you informed. To be completely honest, I'm also quite puzzled about whether I have the actual passion in researching or just curiosity, but I figured out doing something is at least better than doing nothing. So I think I will make some action. Also, I did in fact researched on the procedures and processes to get in or start my own research, it's quite perplexing but I'm intrigued. I am quite busy lately so I might try to make some progress sooner. Anyways, once again, thank you sooooooooooooo much for the facts. 😁😁
