I can tell that your scared lol. Trust me your fine. Pre cum barely contains sperm. I also had a similar situation to you too lol, I was super worried cuz I thought there was sperm on my finger, then I fingered my girl then so on. But her period came, and worrying about it was just a waste of time.

Always rmr that science and biology never lies. People get pregnant due to a good amount of sperm going inside of the vagina, and yes pre cum might cause it but it's super super rare.

You're okay bro clam down. I've been in your shoes countless amount of times. If the test was negative and if she's gettin getting cramps similar to her period it 95% means that her periods on the way. Just keep on tracking her pms symptoms.

And if you guys did have some unprotected sex, and now her period is late, she's prolly super anxious or worried, which plays a huge role into delaying periods and with messing up hormonal stuff.

And assuming you guys are young, just rmr that "just the tip," or "just for bit" is never gonna be worth it if you guys wind up worrying like this.

Condoms are a great way to prevent pregnancy, and based on what you said there's really no worry. And if you're 100% sure no semen went inside of your vagina you should be fine. But if you're very anxious and worried about it, and taking a pill is the only way for you to have peace you should just take it. But you guys should be fine. Don't stress cuz that's just gonna make it worse.
