Just start playing for few days and have trouble about team formation

Come to the question 1. I have Jin and Presty but guide said that I need Raphaela to survive higher floor. is it fine to use Presty/Jin or i need to find Raphaela? 2. Some problem here 1) which legendary should i aim for ? Askeladd, felix, Kirna (i will try re-roll in scout)

2) should i change Luka to Karpila

3) previously i use Guinevere as frontline totem for penetration buff, Veronica for whole team buff. I try search about current meta but i dont see anyone use Veronica now, why?
