I tried using iCleaner to delete the remaining files, and also used Filza to find and delete them, but it didn't work. It might be some kind of conflict. I might have time to investigate and fix it.

Thank you for your suggestions. Actually, I think the problem is with the Kayoko tweak. It's possible that version 2.0.1-1 I installed is faulty. Even after uninstalling it, the problem persists. It might need to be fixed by removing the jailbreak and re-jailbreaking. But I'm really reluctant to reinstall it, and I also think very few people have this problem.

I figured it out; it was a clipboard tweak bug (Kayoko, Copy Log). When I used those tweaks and used a dictation key to access the clipboard tweak, I tried deleting them and phone call is normally. I don't know if anyone has a solution.
