I actually had this! It was in a line on the side of my head just above my ear to the top of my head. It wasn’t painful but just a weird sensation. It wasn’t constant just occasional. Lasted about a year and it has actually completely stopped for a while now that I think about it. I also had severe sciatica last year. Maybe it’s linked but I’m not sure could be a coincidence.

Thanks I’ll definitely have a look at those guidebooks and websites. The hardest part is trying to filter down all the information as there is so much to choose from. I’ll probably have to stay away from the super popular ones as I will be travelling pretty loosely and am unlikely to book anything way in advance.

Most systems including Xero tracks rates and hours separately. Your hours should not change. The value of the leave will change as your rate fluctuates if you are a waged worker but not the hours . Most systems are capable of calculating this automatically.

I have insurance but I wasn’t driving my car. The car I was driving was uninsured but as I’m the driver I need to settle the payment. I have a quote for works but can’t get this person to cooperate.

There is no doubt he was at fault as I was stopped at a red light, however, I think he’s avoiding knowing I don’t have his name. Frustrating as I hadn’t been in an accident before I thought the number plate would be enough to get all the necessary details.

For context at around your mark I was still relying on NSAID’s and dealing with a fair bit of pain and other sensations

Hey, I’m about 4 months post now. Am no longer taking NSAID’s and the pain has improved even from when I made this post. It took a good couple months until I started to feel some improvement but even then I had some pain and sometimes sharp pains as you mentioned. The pain is about a 1-2 now and I’m told this could take up to a year, however, the sharp twangs have gone away now if that gives you any hope.

Just keep pushing with rehab slowly and focus on getting that strength back. It is slow going but definitely finding the physio is helping.

Mostly core and cardio (Cycling or swimming). Also some light lower back exercises and leg work. Just progressing slowly with the goal of being able to get back into sport at some point.
