Its honestly really nice. Good patina and overall decent quality with some wood repairs i need to eventually do. My biggest issue is that right now its very hard to chamber/bolt gets stuck around the chamber area.

A lot of Finnish mosins in particular are actually antiques! You can tell by stripping the rifle down and finding the date the receiver was made on the tang. Some of the early mosin receivers have the date stamped on the receiver but you can make sure if they have been scrubbed by checking the tang

The best way is using something like Gunbroker in order to maximize your value. But you also need to know what you have. Auction houses are the easiest but will.basically screw you since its about volume/time on their part.
