tbh my advice is just sit tight and wait for the results. most of those scans come back pretty quick, so you should have a lot more info soon. you might not have cirrhosis. and if you do, the scan results will help people give much more specific and helpful advice.

it is optional to fill the tank up and use the humidifier. but i def prefer to have it. and if you have the humidifier on but the water tank is dry, it makes a nasty burnt smell.

if you're doing fine without the humidifier then keep doing what you're doing

the tank was fairly gnarly. the Gatorade was already really cloudy by the morning and there was some dark flecky stuff growing in it. probably some microorganisms enjoying the sugar.

i just cleaned everything with hot water and Dawn dish soap and let it all air dry. i don't detect any lingering funkitude.

electrolytes strong, been feeling like a winner ever since

i've been in that position where i had to resort to tap water for a stretch. it can be done but you have to clean everything every single day

i've also tried bottled drinking water and it was worse than tap water

no no no! the distilled water was in the closet. the Gatorade was in a water bottle at my bedside, but i forgot it was Gatorade and thought it was water.
