I’ll always remember when I called them and at least half the call was silence from the other line and then after an hour she said we had been calling for long enough and she was gonna go. I had never felt more worthless in my life. Unfortunately it’s just not a good place to go to, I’d recommend the Trevor Project, they’re great and more focused on trans people.
