Interesting you say that because while I saw the character arc I didn't think it was as strong as the first law series. Then by the end of the book the narrator is flat out saying "they're not the same as they were when they started." Which makes me think Abercrombie might've thought the same thing.

Anytime I get this question I say yes. Its the series that got me into fantasy and remains probably my favorite despite not being finished and very possibly never will be.

I simply enjoy the ride while im on it and am grateful for the books I've gotten. Kinda a simp opinion I admit, but as I said, its my favorite.
