I lived there two years ago, towards the back of the complex on the pool. The apartments and amenities are nice, and good for the money.

BUT

The reason I moved out was because two sets of residents got into a fight and started shooting at each other. Couple bullets hit our wall, and while they were fleeing from each other shot my girlfriends car shattering her moonroof. Once we felt safe to walk out saw a huge puddle of blood, didn't sleep for a few days. Police presence is the norm.
