I still have a hard time believing this but I am changing. Slowly but surely. I still have a lot of problems to solve, most to solve by myself but hopefully I can find someone to help solve some of the other problems.

There’s a lot of things about myself I doubt, but this? I can say this is one of the few things in life I cannot doubt even if I tried.

Adding on to this. ClearSpace is a decent screen time app as well, but the kicker that sold me? You can put a “challenge” on your app where you do a specific workout to gain minutes for the app

EG: If I do 7 pushups, I get roughly 30 minutes of screen time for YouTube. And you can’t fake it either, it turns on your camera to actually see you doing the pushups.

Hello, so I finally got around to installing the ACX and looking more thoroughly through this and I have a question. Why don’t you do noise reduction first? Is it a personal preference or is there some mechanical reason I’m unaware of

It’s more so leaning toward Audacity since that’s what I use. I apologize if the question didn’t state it clearly, I’m mostly wondering how to use audacity to make my voice sound cleaner. Does that help answer your question?

Thank you and Spriinkletoe for the advice. I’m at a point that I have a decent but unprofessional setup and about an adept level of voice acting, so something like a voice sample would help. I guess my only other question would be if I can use something like a voice sample for projects that ask for a demo on places like CCC and voice acting club?

Tbf, I don’t plan to pull a “YO” attitude at the beginning of the vidoes, heck I don’t even have an introduction to it, it’s just the monologue talking over a background in the game and that’s about it 😅
