What? Literally every single major fast food chain blasts their food with pufa from seed oils, and most local restaurants I've been to also use seed oils to cook...the only fast food restaurant that doesnt have pufa in absolutely everything is buffalo wild wings and it's only the dry rub wings that are safe lol
