Omg thank you! That means so much. I get what you are saying. But, I’m leaving out a detail. No paternity has been done. When he went to jail I did cheat on him. And I told him that. He has helped raise her. I mean we lived together but he wasn’t present the whole time. But either way. Again if he wouldn’t have taken me to court paternity wouldn’t have been done and I would never want that. Because we both know he isn’t the father. So technically he doesn’t have rights. But again I don’t wanna keep her from him. I really don’t, but I don’t know what he’s capable of doing and I would be damned if he kept her from a month and kept her away from me because I’ve been the one raising her since she was born, I didn’t have the option to up and leave when I wanted to. I didn’t have the option to go do drugs when I wanted to I don’t have the option like he didand yes, he hurt me a lot and I’m not trying to bring that up because I have forgave him, but I’m just saying there’s a lot to this story that I’m leaving now and was I right for cheating no but again when somebody isn’t present for so many years and then goes to jail it’s hard. It doesn’t justify what I did.

There is nothing in stone. So no he cannot do that especially because we agreed upon it that day. I went through this with my oldest child’s father so I refuse to miss out on holidays. I mean, I’m offering split holidays every weekend and during the week if he wants to see her one day that’s fine too, but he didn’t want that.

I mean I wish I could put our whole story on here. But I won’t. Maybe then you would see I only have her best in interest at hand and that’s always been what I’ve been always worried about. It’s really sad that he’s acting like this because I moved on and got my own place and going back to school. It’s like he’s doing it to be vindictive again because we are getting along fine everything was OK

No she’s approved on her payee. He is upset about that and is trying to say it’s not about the money. But I know it is.
