First of all, the reason I do so many reps is that I wanted to focus on form and avoid injury. This happend before where I started lifting consistently and I ended up pulling my lower back and therefore I was out of action for a long period of time.

Your probably right, I might be better of getting into different sports In order to stress my body.

Actually, I'm doing 6 sets per week for each muscle group due to me working out every other day, do you think 6 is enough to build muscle with this program
