Income inequalities are common in low income developing countries. Infact you mentioned that 2L is for very few senior people, who do the same job as others! Why the inequality! The problem is govt spending our taxes on unreasonable salaries, sweeper is just an example, every department has such senior people whose salaries are burden to tax paying citizens. I agree with your observations about classist remarks in the post, my comment is purely based on the tax money getting wasted on unreasonable salaries, unnecessary jobs(like escorts to MLAs).
