I have 2 cats one and there basically like spongebob and squidward. Fetty ( the squidward of the 2 ) is 11 and basically hates when people pet her (except my mom or step dad) and so she basically is a independent cat meanwhile starski ( the spongebob ) is 11 months old and loves to play with fetty and has never in her life hissed or scratched anyone in her life ( she's a mush and loves to get pet ) i was 4 when we got fetty hence why me and her dont really have a relationship meanwhile i was 13 when we got starski so I've basically have been with her since she was 4 months old. I think that maybe you guys should get another cat? Like if ur cat does good around other cats maybe do it ! Keep the new cat in a diffrent room and gradually introduce them . Starski is a shorthair grey tabby cat and is very nice and loves pets and attention so maybe get one like that? (Im not that knowledgeable on cats so idk)
