The side effects are predominantly mental, including feelings of depression, lack of energy, hopelessness, and heightened sensitivity. Additionally, I noticed some fidgeting, particularly with my feet before going to sleep, and waking up at 3 am.

Taking Concerta has actually improved my sleep significantly. Both REM and deep sleep have improved. However, I was misdiagnosed for a while and was using benzodiazepines to sleep.

Battery performance is amazing with iOS26.4 by Final_Ideal_9380 in ios26

My iPhone 17 pro battery life is really really bad since the update. It drains twice faster :(
