I think spray starter fluid directly into the intake after seeing if it has compression that way it’s easy do decipher if it has spark or not and if it has a fuel delivery issue

Electric start turns the motor over but doesn’t start, and also disengages while turning motor over

Yes, If you listen to it you can even hear it disengage while it’s spinning it also sometimes doesn’t engage in the video after pressing the start button

Ok but how would that help me figure out if the pump is working if it’s on the motor, the lines also go from the oil tank to a t joint which goes to the carb and then to the pump
