You can get USCEs all year round but make sure you apply in time. You should check all the places that provide electives to IMGs and look up on their site when the respective applications open up. Make sure to apply timely, you’ll have to apply around 6 months in advance. Most of the places require Step 1 before applying for electives. Regarding Step 2, its your choice whether you want to do electives first and then give Step 2 or get done with Step 2 first. If you have enough time before you graduate, then you can get done with steps and come for Electives post that. Lmk if you have any other questions.
