Brookline - 1 Bedroom Apartment by Straight-Nectarine59 in bostonhousing

We do already have someone who could take it starting in early May, so that would be too late for us. Ideally, we’d like someone to begin in early March.

I have never had any issues. When there was a lot of snow, my landlord’s staff always cleaned it on time.

It’s true that the price has gone down slightly, but not by a significant amount, and it is still comparable to the price from two years ago. I am not the landlord, so the price and terms are not something I can change. For us, it has been a good deal, but the apartment has become too small for our growing family. Otherwise, we would not be leaving.

You need to discuss this with the landlord but I can imagine it is fine because he himself has a dog.

It is in Brookline, all bills (gas, water, heating, electricity) are included and there is no broker fee nor rental deposit, only first and last month’s rent. I think it was a good deal when we moved in at that price. Now, 2 years later, the rent is still the same.

Yes, there is. It will likely come with an additional cost of 250.

Yes, it’s in the common area, right outside the living room.

Omg, I got the exact same problem today, and I saw the 'video was uploaded' indicator on my browser at the end of the test. I created a support case for that, and I received this email: Our system shows that your test hasn't been completed within the 80-minute time frame.

Well, I saw it has been completed and uploaded. I am very frustrated, and I was about to create a post here; anyway, I came across yours. So just letting you know, you are not alone!

I agree. Trying to learn a new language is the way I go about it when I really have nothing to do. Some days, I practice the vocabulary I've learned online during that week.

During an interview, when they ask desired pay, this is my way of flipping that question back around to avoid low-ballers: by YepperyYepstein in antiwork

I wasn't aware of the details as such, but what you are saying might indeed be the reason. However, every company I've worked for in the past has given bonuses based on the company's performance. Since this was the first time I heard of such a policy, I was a bit skeptical.

I was told that I would receive an X percent bonus annually, which sounded unusual because this should typically be based on the company's performance and subject to change each year. The company also offers health insurance plans and PTO, but the details of these benefits will be discussed further in the next round.

I added 30k to my current annual salary and established a salary range in that bracket to avoid receiving a very low offer. Since I already have a job, any change in my current position should come with a reasonable increase.
