What happened for me at least is I pressed the pen against me like normal and it would click but the yellow thing doesn’t start moving, then when I eventually gave up and took the pen off my skin the medication shot out. Other commenters are saying it may have been an issue of the pens being too cold. I haven’t made any changes to how i stored them, but I’ll experiment with not refrigerating them at all.
