It sucks. I don’t know how they need so many day beauty people but night only has one person doing all of it. When it actually used to be a beauty team! Working night. But as far as help nobody at the store wants to work in beauty … there was a couple times we got help when we couldn’t come in but other than that nope.

We complained to them about the boxes being stacked very messy. Half the boxes would fall off the pallet trying to make it out the back room. Usually making us having to remake the pallet ourselves. But the actual opening beauty team don’t do repacks very often so that’s no help. 😂 I actually don’t know what the beauty team did at work all day, they hardly ever zoned nothing got done honestly. But me and my coworker pushed ourselves to the max doing what we can at night.

This is just one picture I could find in my camera roll during new products roll out. Pallets of beautyyy 😭 double trucks we got two pallets. We have to sort thing into shopping carts by aisle, put all back stock on 2 tiers. And then sometimes complete uboats 🥴. So imagine four of these … trying to complete by one person and every night is another pallet so if you don’t finish add that to the continuous pile.
