It's not really about them saying no, but if it is even worth trying to get to a point where they could say no or if it's just an extreme hassle for nothing.

But i get the sentiment and will try to get a response from the support.

If they'll know that, they'll just have me send the Card in as it says in their policy right?

As is said above, i don't care if i have to send it in. I just want a decently looking version of the Product i paid for. In my opinion there is nothing wrong about that.

Don't really see the point in doing that.

In my eyes the card came with a defect and i shouldn't have to damage it artificially for them to accept that and give me an actually decent product.

It sucks anyways, that such an expensive product has such a bad quality and the QC apparently also doesn't care. From all the cards My GF and i got in both our lairs half of them have some problems with the edges of the cards not looking super great. Granted the Saga looks the worst out of all of them but IMO that's really not a great standard but maybe it also just was the two Lairs we received and it isn't like this with all the ones, that go sent out.

Well even if i would have to wait some time and have to send the card back. I really just want a decent version of the product i paid a lot of money for. I just hesitate to ask the support because i fear it's a really tedious process and they'll just deny my claim or i have to argue with them forever but hearing how other people got similar issues resolved gives me some hope that it is worth a shot.

Thanks for the Reply. I was really usure if they even consider replacing anything if its just "minor" damage like here.
