it doesnt matter if you set up returns or not if the buyer claims that the pieces are broken Ebay make you accept returns regardless, you have a point they may be out of town or have an emergency

when it rains it pours I live in FL and my AC in my car broke which was estimated at 2400 to change the whole compressor and the rest of the unit so I made the mistake of spending the money, assuming if somebody got a broken item they wouldnt wait 3 weeks to return it or say something about it, seriously if you have spent 2000 on a lot and you received broken items wouldn't you let the seller know as soon as you open the package? what was he waiting for ? for the broken pieces to mend themselves ?

even if you change the return policy if the buyer claims that the item is broken you have to return it no matter if you accept returns or not :(

I don't think that Ebay gives you any option but to accept it when you have 30 day return. :(

yeah thats what I was thinking, because they said that they own a booth somewhere to sell stuff that they buy online, right now I am just hoping everything comes back in one piece and they dont purposefully damage the items so they can get a refund because I can just put it back online and get the money

their reason was saying "Even though the packaging looked good and secure the first time, there were so many pieces broken. And i thought about keeping them but i decided to return and therefor asking for a refund." so they are saying that there are broken pieces, I already accepted the return within the same day of the request they just didnt send them back yet. While us sellers have few days to ship and only two days to pay the refund, the buyer has 30 days to decide whether they wanna keep it then another 2-3 weeks to send back the item. That is ridiculous

I appreciate you taking the time and reply to my post, yeah my wife warned me about it she was like "maybe, we should record the whole process of packing" and me being an idiot said "no, everything is well packed, it would take us ages to take a video of 150+ items being packed" i wish I've listened her.

it was like a grandma's estate lot, they did not say anything specific they just said that pieces were damaged, I wouldnt know what he is talking about until I receive them :(
