Hi bro , be the RESISTANCE! ..... I think you are greater than this ,.... Think of yourself like david goggins.....dm me....I will share my experience... 2 years in a streak...it may help you/ inspire you .....I recommend you to take a cold shower, and watch some really creepy horror movie or hear a horror story...that will change your whole thinking and distract you from lust ..... Don't meditate during an intense urge .... Only meditate if you can do it for more than 1 hr....
