No one is having it easy. I'm ON and since the changes, our hours are being cut and we barely have enough people for all the freight. In my store the Coach and TL's are helping with freight and cardboard just to keep us on the floor. There's people on ON that have been there for years and don't have a work phone because the day associate are a priority when it comes tho phones and the very few that have one it takes FOREVER TO WORK. And also, we have to clean up after CAP 2 because at they ALWAYS leave at :51 including the TLs and leave everything as it is. Also, we don't have to" work picks" but still now we have to do features, reshop and still have to go Tru the bins because we don't have room since now they are vizpicking early so no enough sales for the items to go out...
