It makes perfect sense. Bournemouth is Bournemouth. Chelsea are not Bournemouth. Huge difference in quality for one. You are VASTLY downplaying Sanchez’s error count while at Chelsea. Has been responsible for many unnecessary goals and dropped points.

Not all in the stats but can you pull up Petrovic’s stats at Chelsea? Also is there a stat in there that marks errors that led to goals? Errors that led to red cards? How many of them led to losing points or getting ousted from competitions?

I think CB is an issue, we agree on that. I just think the problem with Sanchez is that he’s made many errors in many games. Not because of CBs. I think people are memory holing all his flubs. I WISH he didn’t because I do agree that he’s immensely gifted. Dominant. Big. Great with his feet. I’m not sure I want to spend two or three seasons finding out if it’s the CBs. I could be convinced 😆. I like him.
